Can anyone tell me if New Balance running shoes run true to size. I need a shoe for wide feet with high arches?

I alight in a rural area and really need new running shoes like yesterday. So i was thriving order some over the internet. I usually wear Adidas or saucony for the far-reaching toe box, but since i had kids and weight 15 lbs. heavier, my feet have spread
I by a hair's breadth got a pair of New Balance and had to go a full size larger. I make the time to take the trek (a two hour trek) to the shoe co-op give credence to 2x a year to get fitted and when I have the perfect shoe, I order the back pair off

i to be sure have pretty wide feet with normal arches and as i was growing up my mom always bought me new balance shoes because they run in effect wide.
now i run cross country and the asics shoes my mom bought me are the greatest shoes i have ever ran

I do aerobics, preponderancy train, and run on a treadmill, and my lower back hurts all the time. Running shoes seem to write it worse. Anyone have experience with New Balance Cross Trainers?
