I have a Nike sports bag thats made of nylon how do i clean it?

It says do not contrivance wash or use detergent or bleach. It says to wipe with misty cloth but that doesnt get rid of the stains on my bag.
put it in the thrash machine any way. put a couple of bath towels in with it , use only half the amount of liquid, wash on delicate cycle. i would let it air dry.

Throw over it in on the gentle cycle with a little bit of tide... I scrub up by my gym bags and Nike stuff like this all the time. Hasn't pain one of them yet.
