I have a Casio Oscillate Ceptor 3311 WAV-430J wrist watch. I need to set the hour mete back an hour. Everywhere I look it says that it will set back on its own, and the only part that set back was the digital time. Can anyone advise me how to manually

My prized old Casio G Shock watch is falling apart from old age. Bought it new in 1993. Mould number 380. I've tried doing web searches for it. Also E-bay and craigslist. Anyone have another guess ? Thanks.

Bought this watch in July of 2008. Very manly looking! A unaffected eye catcher!
