i was looking online at dpsnutrition.com and it was appealing cheap... 10lbs for 60$ is there a huge diffrence in trait between american whey protein and other brand names?
I credit the difference is GNC brand is instantized and the AW is not. This makes it easier to mix with spoon. Disperses sick. If you are using a blender then it doesn't matter. The best payment and quality any where is http://www.buybulkwhey.com

Gold touchstone is a great protein and mixes well. Body Fortress is a good protein as well and is somewhat cheap. Never tried American Whey.

I bought 10lbs of Sterling Nutrition 100% gold standard whey protein and amino acid tablets? Is it tried to take those supplements simultaneously?

But its probably advisable not to take them together as the whey will prohibit the aminos being absorbed properly.
